An Advanced Open Water Course, a game-changer in your diving portfolio and experience.

To step up your basic certification we offer the Advanced Open Water Course to further develop your confidence in diving and polish your skills. The location for the course is Phi Phi Islands, for its vibrant sea life and excellent visibility on the M/V SIROLO for 2 Days with 6 Dives.

Pre-requisite: Open Water certificate or equivalent from another training agency.

Session outline:

The sessions are designed to offer abundant knowledge with the ultimate goal of fashioning a confident and experienced diver.

  • Reading and understanding the Advanced Open Water manual.
  • Answering all the relevant review questions for each training dive.

Requirements:

This certification requires the following for passing the tests:

  • Completion of E-Learning review online
  • Successful completion of 2 core dives
  • Students will need to be 10 years or older (Junior Advanced Open Water)
  • Open Water Certified for Adults.
  • Deep dive at 18 meters
  • Successful underwater navigation

After passing the requirements you can opt for our Nitrox Course to further sharpen your skills with us on Scubadeep.

We ensure your comfort:

Between dives, you can relax on board with us on M/V SIROLO. It is a purpose-built, dive vessel that features 300 SQM of opulent space. There’s free WiFi, refreshments, and delicious meals all through the trips.

By keeping a small number of passengers we can offer a high quality, personal experience to each one of our customers.

All you need to know about the Advanced Open Water Course Phuket with Scubadeep

Day 1 & 2 –

  • We will pick you up from your hotel at the designated time assigned by Scubadeep based on your Hotel an evening before the dive date. You’ll be taken to our Boat, the M/V Sirolo at Chalong Pier.
  • You will spend the day on the boat.
  • You will be briefed about the site ahead, what to expect and a revision of the skills you had learned previously.
  • You will complete a total of six dives over the course of 2 days at the Phi Phi Islands and Racha islands

What’s included in our Advanced Water Course Phuket?

  • All diving course materials, fees, certifications, and equipment
  • Six dives where students will scuba dive at Racha Yai, Racha Noi, Phi Phi Islands, or King Cruiser Wreck
  • Complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off on all days to most locations.
  • Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and refreshments on the boat on the 2nd/3rd day of your course.

Here’s what’s not included:

  • The package does not include any underwater videos and pictures. But they can be requested from the diving staff on board with charges of 1000 THB per day.
  • For certain locations, additional charges for pick and drop may apply. These include areas that are Surin onwards to Maikhao beach or the North of Phuket.
  • Park Fees for Phi Phi Islands only are 600 THB per person. These can be paid directly to the park officials.
